Our standard gas service including carbon monoxide test includes:

  • Test and inspect duct and air flow where applicable
  • CO test including smoke match test (smoke match test for natural draught appliances only)
  • Clean return air filter
  • Clean and test over temp sensors
  • Clean flame sensor
  • Test burner pressure
  • Clean and inspect supply air fan
  • Easy to read service report and recommendations on unit

  • Gas Ducted Heating – Every 12 Months
  • Gas Log Fires – Every 12 Months
  • Gas Space Heater – Every 12 Months
  • Gas Wall Furnace – Every 12 Months

Refrigerated or Evaporative Cooling

Our standard refrigerated and evaporative service includes:

  • Cleaning filters
  • Check electrical
  • Check refrigerant pressures and performance
  • Unit current draw
  • Tighten electrical connections

  • Evaporative Cooling – Every 1-2 Years
  • Ducted Refrigerated Heating and Cooling – Every 12 Month
  • Split System Aircons – Every 2 Years
  • Multi Split Systems – Every 1-2 Years
  • Cassette Aircon Units – Every 12 Months

Multiple Appliances

$285.00 Inc GST + $110.00 Inc GST per additional hour

Inclusions

All properties requiring servicing of multiple appliances will be charged at standard call out rates which includes the first hour of labour once on site and then $55 per 30mins. This allows savings for the property owner as the average service time for most appliances is 30-60 mins
